Summer Jobs for Students

We’re hiring reps, DJs, hosts, photographers and videographers for Summer 2027. It’s a paid summer placement for current university students and recent graduates who want hands-on experience working abroad in some of Europe’s top party destinations – and it fits neatly into your summer break.

  • Where: Albufeira, Ayia Napa, Barcelona, Croatia, Ibiza, Kavos, Magaluf, Malia, Malta, Tenerife and Zante
  • When: May to September 2027 – contract lengths vary within this period, from a minimum of 6 weeks
  • Type: paid summer placement with free accommodation in resort, and flights reimbursed when you complete your contract
  • Deadline: applications close on 31st December 2026

What you’ll gain:

  • Paid summer work abroad – a set salary paid twice a month plus a bonus scheme, with free accommodation and flights reimbursed when you complete your contract.

  • Real-world experience in tourism, events, customer service and social media – a great fit if that’s what you study or where you want your career to go.

  • Transferable skills in communication, leadership and problem-solving – the things graduate employers ask about in interviews.

  • Experience working in a high-energy, social, international environment.

  • A standout addition to your CV and LinkedIn profile.

  • No overseas experience needed – full training and support all summer.

  • An application process that fits around term time – applications close 31st December, with final stages in January.

Our Mission

Party Hard Travel started after our founders went on a budget party holiday to Ayia Napa and realised how easy it was to miss out on the best events. They wanted to make that experience better for the next group of travellers.

Today, our mission is simple: we’re all about giving young people the best week of their lives, with access to the events and experiences they’re excited about at a price that works for them.

With over a decade of experience, we bring together some of Europe’s biggest events in our Ultimate Events Packages.

  • 40+ reps hired each year

  • 11 European resorts

  • Over 88,000 guests in 2026

  • Endless memories made

Here's what our 2025 reps had to say...

Pick your role

🌴 Overseas Rep

As a rep, you’re the face of Party Hard overseas. You make sure young travellers get everything they’ve booked, have the best week of their summer and stay safe doing it. It’s fast-paced and people-focused, and a strong fit if you want to build skills in customer service, events, tourism or social media.

There are two rep roles this year. Both share the same core job – customer service, guest safety and resort operations come first:

  • Customer Service & Events Rep: more involved in event set-up and planning, artist liaison, and working with venues and suppliers.
  • Customer Service & Social Media Rep: takes a bigger part in creating and posting content and capturing event highlights for our resort accounts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout guests’ holidays
  • Supporting customer safety and wellbeing overseas
  • Maintaining a positive social media presence representing the brand
  • Assisting with event management and excursions
  • Managing clear and professional customer communications
  • Building strong supplier and venue relationships
  • Upholding and enhancing the Party Hard Travel brand reputation

🎧 DJ / Host

DJs play sets across our events, clubs and venues, reading the crowd and adapting the music. Hosts get the crowd going and keep each event running smoothly with games and vibes. Both work with our destination and venue teams and represent Party Hard at every event.

Already DJing at uni nights or hosting events? This is your next step – and there’s no assessment weekend for this role.

📸 Summer Media Team

You’ll shoot boat parties, beach clubs, pool parties, club nights, DJs and performers. These are professional event photography and videography roles, not general content creator roles. You’ll work to each resort’s event schedule and deliver organised photos and footage on deadline for our website, social media and campaigns.

A brilliant way for photography, film and media students and graduates to build a professional portfolio at some of Europe’s biggest events.

Who we’re looking for

  • Current university students or recent graduates
  • Confident, outgoing and enthusiastic people
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • No previous overseas experience required – full training provided

For reps: customer service experience (part-time bar, retail and hospitality jobs all count), social media know-how, GCSE Maths and English, and 3 A-levels or a BTEC equivalent.

For DJs and hosts: confidence performing or speaking in front of a live crowd, availability to work overseas in Summer 2027 and a valid passport.

For the Summer Media Team: experience shooting events, nightlife, festivals, portraits or similar; a portfolio with high-quality images taken in challenging lighting; your own suitable camera and essential professional kit (a phone camera alone isn’t enough); and being comfortable in busy, low-light venues.
