Kavos Essentials Events Package

After booking the Kavos Essentials Events Package, you will receive login details for your Party Hard Travel account. Log in through My Account or the Party Hard Travel app to choose four events from the current Kavos options shown on this page.

Event dates depend on your arrival and departure dates, remaining capacity and the days on which each event runs. The Kavos Booze Cruise operates on several days, so your boat-party date may be allocated by the rep team rather than selected in advance.

You can request a different date at wristband collection, but changes cannot be guaranteed. Check the Kavos events calendar before booking to see which events are running during your stay.

14 days or more before travel

A deposit of £30 per person can be paid at the time of booking if you are travelling in 14 days or more. The remaining balance will then be due in line with your selected payment plan.

Less than 14 days before travel

If you are travelling in less than 14 days, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking

You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website and Party Hard App so you can view your order and make any changes if necessary.

Please ensure all additional guests have joined the booking, and your booking is showing as ‘Ready to Travel’ to avoid any delays when collecting your wristbands. This can be done either through your Account Area or by downloading the Party Hard Travel App!

You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

Please email info@partyhardtravel.com if you are having any issues with this!

You can download the Party Hard App from your device’s app store using the links below:

Google Play Store

The app gives you access to important event information, updates, gallery access and other useful features during your trip

The day before you arrive in Kavos, your rep will text you with all the information you need including the wristband collection point and the time to meet. This one wristband will grant you entry into all of the events in the Kavos Ultimate Events Package.

With the Essentials Events Package, you are granted access to 4 events of your choosing that are listed in the Ultimate Package without having to pay any fees on the door. Make sure you select your events on your account area prior to travel and download the Party Hard App for all the info on your events.

If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Essentials Events Package is cancelled then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.
