Overseas Reps

STAGE 1: Initial Application & Video Submission

Complete our online application form with your details and tell us a little about yourself.
Submit a video to help us get to know your personality, experience and why you’d love to work abroad with Party Hard Travel.
If successful, you’ll hear from us within 2 weeks with an invitation to Stage 2.

STAGE 2: Candidate Assessment

Depending on your application, this stage may involve a task, a one-to-one interview, a group activity or a group interview.
We’ll use this stage to learn more about your skills, suitability for the role and how you’d fit into the team.
If successful, you’ll be contacted within 14 days and invited to our final in-person assessment weekend.

STAGE 3: Final In-Person Assessment Weekend

Join us for a two-night residential assessment weekend, taking place on the last weekend of January 2027 (29th-31st).
Meet the other final-stage candidates and take part in a series of activities and challenges designed to assess your suitability for life as an overseas rep.
You must be available for the full assessment weekend to progress to this stage.
Following the assessment weekend, you’ll hear from us within 2 weeks to find out whether you’ve been offered a position for Summer 2027.

Submit a video to help us get to know you, your personality and why you’d love to join our Summer Media Team.
If successful, you’ll hear from us within 2 weeks with an invitation to Stage 2.

STAGE 2: Creative Assessment Task

Complete a set task designed to assess your creative ability, technical skills and suitability for the role.
This is your opportunity to showcase your talent and demonstrate what you could bring to our Summer Media Team.
If successful, you’ll be contacted within 14 days and invited to Stage 3.

STAGE 3: Video Interview

Take part in a video interview with our team to discuss your experience, creative approach and suitability for working abroad with Party Hard Travel.
We’ll get to know you better, talk through the role and give you the opportunity to ask any questions.
Following your interview, you’ll hear from us within 2 weeks to find out whether you’ve been offered a position for Summer 2027.

Submit a video to help us get to know your personality, performance style and why you’d love to join the Party Hard Travel team.
If successful, you’ll hear from us within 2 weeks with an invitation to Stage 2.

STAGE 2: Skills Assessment Task

Complete a set task designed to assess your skills, creativity and suitability for the role.
DJs will have the opportunity to showcase their music selection and mixing ability, while hosts can demonstrate their confidence, personality and crowd engagement skills.
If successful, you’ll be contacted within 14 days and invited to Stage 3.

STAGE 3: Video Interview

Take part in a video interview with our team to discuss your experience, skills and suitability for working abroad with Party Hard Travel.
We’ll get to know you better, talk through the role and give you the opportunity to ask any questions.
Following your interview, you’ll hear from us within 2 weeks to find out whether you’ve been offered a position for Summer 2027.
