What’s it Like Working as a Rep in Ayia Napa in 2026?

So you’re a bit curious about what it takes to be a rep in Ayia Napa? You might have met some reps working last summer, or maybe you just fancy some insider knowledge? Here are some insights from our reps on their guide to Ayia Napa.
Halle – Ayia Napa Rep
During summer 2025, Halle was part of our team in Ayia Napa and brought amazing energy, professionalism, and positivity to everything she did. She embraced the busy atmosphere of the resort and helped make the season a real success. So below is her account of the ‘Party Hard experience’ with us:
My initial feelings
This summer, I spent my season in Ayia Napa working for Party Hard Travel, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I didn’t really know what to expect before I went — I’d seen the TikToks and heard the stories, but living it is something else. From day one, it was full-on: long days, late nights, and non-stop energy, but I loved every second of it.
Meeting New People
I worked across all the Party Hard Travel events — from boat and pool parties to big headline nights. Some days I’d be meeting new arrivals, getting everyone hyped for what was coming up. Other nights I’d be working the events, looking after guests, or working alongside the artists and DJs.
Best Part?
One of the best parts of doing a season is the people you meet. My rep team was amazing, who are now friends for life, and I made loads of friends with guests who came out on holiday — some of them I still speak to now. You bond with your guests so quickly when you’re working and partying together every day.
Is it worth it?
You work hard, you barely sleep, and you’re constantly on the go. But it’s worth it. The atmosphere, music, nightlife, and energy in Napa are unmatched. You’re surrounded by people who are there to have the best time, and being part of making that happen is something else.
Would I do it again?
By the end of the season, I’d learned so much — how to talk to literally anyone, stay switched on even when I was running on no sleep, and just enjoy the moment.
100%. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re up for meeting new people, working hard, and living somewhere that never sleeps, it’s an experience you’ll never forget.
