At Party Hard Travel, we are aware that parents want to make sure their kids or family members are going to be safe when on holiday, especially as it is a clubbing holiday. So we have written down everything you might want to know!
We believe that we are the new way to book a clubbing holiday. We want everyone to be able to experience all the best events in Europe without being ripped off, which is why we have included The Essentials Events Package with every holiday!
The Essentials Events Package includes: a pool party, a themed event and a club night. The option to upgrade to a larger events package like The Ultimate or Ultimate XTRA is given to all holiday guests as a pre-departure option at a heavily discounted price.
Everyone who comes on a holiday with us will receive a message from their in-destination reps 24 hours before arrival. They will arrange a time to meet for collection of everything they need and information on the destination.
Our rep team will be present at all events across our destinations (excluding some in Ibiza). They are a support team to ensure guests are all having a great time, however, are also there for any problems or help needed.
Main communication from reps to guests is via text messages, therefore all guests have a direct contact number for the reps to text or call for anything they need at any point in their stay.
Our reps are not paid on a commission basis so they will not try to push sales in our guest’s face’s. They are there for service and receive bonuses for 5* reviews so that they can strive for an excellent customer service reputation across the board! For some of our destinations we have weekly add-on events that our guests can choose to purchase in addition to the main events package, but they’re not essential for a good holiday and this is completely up to the guest.
As well as extended UK office support hours, we have a 24-hour emergency line throughout the whole summer season in the case the rep team may not be answering.
We also work closely with the British Consulates in all destinations. They are available in working hours for any issues, and have 24/7 emergency numbers to contact. Our Rep teams receive information sessions at the beginning of season with the consulates to understand what to do in an emergency and how they can help.
We take Health and Safety very seriously at Party Hard Travel. All reps would receive basic training on health and safety reporting, all management and team leaders receive a full course in Crisis Management training. All venues used for the events have had manual risk assessments via our team and are maintained throughout the season.
There are no hidden fees! All of our package holidays are paid in advance with the events included. Whether guests have the Essentials or Ultimate package there will be no extortionate event fees when getting to destination.
All hotels are clearly labelled with what is included, there is a small tourist tax in all destinations per night to the hotels (normally no more than 10 Euros per person for a week). Deposits will be expected to be paid in most ‘Party’ hotels, if no damages are made then the full amount will be refunded. The amount of this is dependent on the hotel and destination which is rarely above 50 Euros per person.
If the holiday includes flights, the payment scheme differs slightly. Upon booking, a £99 deposit is required. Then two following payments of £99 within 2 months of booking. i.e. £99 deposit, £99 after one month, £99 after to months of booking. Then the rest is payable as and when up to 4 weeks before departure.
