A £30 per person deposit can be made on booking, and then you’ll follow your selected payment terms.
You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website and will need to download the Party Hard App so you can view your order and complete your missing details.
Please ensure all additional guests have joined the booking, and your booking is showing as ‘Ready to Travel’ to avoid any delays when collecting your wristbands. This can be done either through your Account Area or by downloading the Party Hard Travel App!
You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

Before you arrive in Croatia your rep will text you with all the information you need via WhatsApp, but for Croatia you will not need to collect a wristband as everything works via a guestlist, so make sure to bring ID with you!
With the Essentials Events Package, you are granted access to each of the events listed above without having to pay any fees on the door. Make sure to show up to each event with your ID and you will be able to enter.
If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Essentials Events Package is cancelled, then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.
Once you have booked your Essentials Events Package, you can download and log into our app to view your events schedule, make changes to your booking, contact our UK office support team and many more exciting features!
