You can either choose from the number one best-selling events package in Europe which is our Ultimate Events Package for all 11 of our destinations OR our Essentials Events Package which includes 3 (or 4 depending on your destination) of the top events or single event tickets.
Secure Your Events
For both of our packages you can secure your events with a £30 per person deposit and then follow your chosen payment plan or with a single ticket pay in full.
Download Our App
Our Party Hard Travel App will have all the information you need leading up and during your time away with us this includes your wristband collection meeting point, your events with dates, location and times and all other relevant information on your chosen destination.
Meet Your Reps
You will initially meet your reps at your wristband collection or if you miss the allocated time then at your event on the day of your arrival.

Ayia Napa Essentials Package FAQs
Once you have made an Essentials Package booking, you will receive log in details for your Party Hard account. Once you receive these details, please log into your My Account area where you will be able to select which events you would like and complete all your details and add any additional guests.
You can see the days of the events on our Event Calendar but please note if selected your boat & Vice day will be allocated by your rep on arrival. They cannot be pre-selected as they run multiple times are week are assigned on your travel dates and on capacity.
14 days or more before travel
A deposit of £30 per person can be paid at the time of booking if you are travelling in 14 days or more. The remaining balance will then be due in line with your selected payment plan.
Less than 14 days before travel
If you are travelling in less than 14 days, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.
You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website and Party Hard App so you can view your order and make any changes if necessary.
Please ensure all additional guests have joined the booking, and your booking is showing as ‘Ready to Travel’ to avoid any delays when collecting your wristbands. This can be done either through your Account Area or by downloading the Party Hard Travel App!
You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

The day before you arrive in Ayia Napa, your rep will text you with all the information you need including the collection point and the time to meet. This one wristband will grant you entry into 3 of the events in the Ayia Napa Essentials Events Package.

The Ayia Napa Essentials Events Package lets you choose three events from the current options shown above. These include Fantasy Boat Party, Agenda White Party, Pambos Pool Party, Vice Rooftop Party, Sunset Sessions Pool Party, Napa Xtra, LoveJuice Residency and Abode Residency.
The package also includes an Ayia Napa discount wristband, a Summer 2026 welcome pack and support from the Party Hard Travel rep team throughout your stay.
Once you have booked, log in to your Party Hard Travel account or the app to make your selections. Check the Ayia Napa events calendar before booking, as event days vary and some allocations depend on your travel dates and capacity.

If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Essentials Events Package is cancelled then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.
If you lose your wristband, contact any of your friendly reps immediately and they will help you out.
After booking your Ayia Napa Essentials Events Package, log in to the Party Hard Travel app using the account details sent with your booking confirmation.
You can use the app to complete your guest details, view your booking, choose your three events and check your final event schedule. Your wristband collection point, meeting times and other updates will also be added before or during your stay.
Some dates, including Fantasy Boat Party and Vice Rooftop Party allocations, may be confirmed according to your travel dates and remaining capacity. Contact the UK support team or speak to your rep if anything is missing from your schedule.
You can also manage your booking through the My Account area.
