The sun’s no joke, so pack decent suncream unless you’re keen on turning tomato-red by day two. Sunglasses? Yeah, they look good—but they’re also key when you’re chilling at Agenda Beach Club and trying not to squint your way through a convo. Keep the water flowing (actual water, not just cocktails), and throw in some aloe vera gel just in case you nap too long in the sun. Stay cool, look after yourself, and save some energy— the Malia Booze Cruise isn’t for the faint-hearted.

• Oasis Studios (4/5): Adults-only and right on The Strip, perfect for lads who want to be in the thick of the nightlife. Features a pool and hot tub for chilling between parties. Expect some noise from the late-night crowds.
• Sarpidon Apartments (4/5): Located in Malia’s Old Town, offering spacious apartments and a peaceful vibe. Great if you want to relax by the pool during the day before hitting the bars.
• Happy Days Studios (4/5): A social spot close to the beach and nightlife, with two pools and a lively bar. Ideal for meeting other travelers and keeping the party going.

Malia Beach is the spot for lads who want it all. Cocktails are cheap, and the vibe is relaxed when you need a break. If you’re up for it, there’s jet skis, flyboarding (yes, really), and paddleboards to keep things interesting. Hungover? The long sandy beach has plenty of sunbeds and some shade to escape the heat. Plus, the clear water makes for great photos to show off later. We’d recommend hitting up Pleasure Beach Club for great drinks, good music, and a proper party atmosphere right on the beach.

Malia’s party season kicks off in May and peaks from June to August, when the weather is blazing hot (we’re talking 28-33°C) and the clubs are rammed with partygoers. July is when it’s absolutely heaving, with a buzzing atmosphere you won’t forget. Fancy a slightly quieter scene? Early June or September still brings the heat and the vibes, without the full-on crowds.

• Drinks: €2-€5 for beers and spirits, while cocktails go for €6-€10. Pre-drinks from the supermarket? Even cheaper.
• Food: Gyros and kebabs for around €3-€5, and a decent sit-down meal for €10-€20. Perfect for lining your stomach.

Flights from the UK to Heraklion Airport take around 4 hours. Once you land, it’s a quick 30-minute taxi or shuttle ride to Malia. Dead easy, so you’ll be on The Strip in no time.

A £30 per person deposit can be made on booking, and then you’ll follow your selected payment terms.

You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website so you can view your order and make any changes if necessary.

The day before you arrive in Malia, your rep will text you with all the information you need including the collection point and the time to meet. This one wristband will grant you entry into all of the events in the Malia Ultimate Events Package or Malia Essential Events Package

With the Essentials Events Package, you are granted access to the 3 events in your package without having to pay any fees on the door. Make sure to show up to each event with your wristband and you will be able to enter.

If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Malia Ultimate Events Package or Malia Essential Events Package is cancelled then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.

If you lose your wristband or it gets too tight, contact any of your friendly reps immediately and they will help you out.

Some of the top spots on the Malia Strip that should definitely be on your Malia must-visit list are Apollo, Zigzag, Coconut and Zigzag Lounge (where some of your events take place), Zoo Bar, and Oasis Bar.
