As a content assistant you will be involved in creating content across a multitude of channels
including external content advertising and representing the company, as well as content used
internally for employee purpose, suppliers, and new partnership proposals. You will be
working on a wide range of content types including formal, informal, descriptive, blog, social,
proposal etc. As a content assistant you will also be using a range of different writing styles
designed for each targeting different audiences.

As an administration assistant you will be involved in the company’s administrative duties. Such duties include the maintenance of key resorts, maintenance of customer accounts, issuing staff and supplier payments, as well as the operation of our main customer service lines for all booking queries and amendment requests. You will also be responsible for liaising with major tour operators regarding such amendments.

Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:  Operation of main customer service lines
Maintenance of manual reports 
Actioning of booking amendments
Communication with tour operators to complete booking amendment & changes 
Maintenance of customer accounts (including payment reminders)
Assist finance team concerning staff wages
Assist finance team concerning supplier and third-party payments

As a business development assistant, you will be involved in the continuous business growth
program. You will be involved in key areas that contribute to the business growth. Such areas
include suppliers, partnerships, sales routes, products, markets, and other companies. The
job will include researching to find new possible partners, creating communication channels,
offering proposals, and ultimately the closing of deals.

Main role / responsibilities will include [but not be limited to]:
Increasing supplier contacts
Finding and contacting partners
Creating new business contacts and deals
Initiating calls and arranging meetings to secure new partnerships with brands,
influencers, and venues
Researching for new partners / clients to match specification on projects

We are looking for a SEO / Website Executive to join our expanding team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link
building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. This is in
addition to moderating, updating and maintaining web content and pages across our
platforms.

Responsibilities include:
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in
order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and
reconciling discrepancies.
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Develop and implement link building strategy
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly
implemented on newly developed code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and
content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to
improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Research, write, and publish accurate content to the Licklist platform
Ensure out-dated or irrelevant content is removed or amended
Migrating, restructuring, rewriting, uploading, and publishing content as appropriate.
