So you’re a bit curious about what it takes to be a rep in Ayia Napa? You might have met some reps working last summer, or maybe you just fancy some insider knowledge? Here are some insights from our reps on their guide to Ayia Napa.

Neidin – Magaluf Rep

During summer 2025, Neidin joined the Party Hard Travel team in Magaluf, ready to step out of her comfort zone and try something completely new. Known for her positive energy and friendly nature, she quickly made her mark in the resort — building confidence, meeting new people, and creating friendships and memories she’ll never forget. Here’s her take on her Party Hard experience in Magaluf.

Yasmin - Magaluf Rep

After visiting Magaluf on holiday in 2024 and falling in love with the place, Yasmin knew she had to go back — this time as part of the Party Hard Travel team. Spending her summer 2025 repping in Magaluf, she threw herself into every event, made lifelong friends, and discovered what life working abroad is really like. Here’s her story.

Our Initial Feelings

Hey, I’m Neidin, and being a rep this summer in Magaluf with Party Hard Travel was honestly the best experience ever! I went out there wanting to push myself, build my confidence, and meet new people — and I ended up doing all that and more. From day one, it was go, go, go, but in the best possible way.

And I’m Yasmin — my journey started a bit differently. I actually went on holiday to Magaluf in 2024 and completely fell in love with the place. When I got home, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I just knew I had to go back — but this time, I wanted to be part of it. Working a season out there was the best decision ever.

Meeting New People

Neidin: The people make it. Whether it’s the other reps, the guests, or the locals — everyone brings such good vibes. “Meeting all the guests and making the best friendships ever was an experience I’ll never ever forget.” You start off as strangers and within days, it feels like you’ve known each other for years.

Yasmin: “My favourite part about working a season with Party Hard was definitely making friends with so many new people!” The workers’ community in Magaluf is unmatched — everyone’s outgoing, full of energy, and always up for a laugh. You build real connections that last long after the season ends.

Best Part?

Yasmin: Waking up in the sunshine every day still didn’t feel real. “Getting to experience the resorts, the most amazing events, and meeting the best people ever was just so surreal.” But the best part for me was the guests — “It was so rewarding to be a part of their holiday experience and seeing them enjoy it so much makes it so worth it.”

Neidin: For me, it was everything together — the people, the events, the energy. “It’s something I’d recommend anyone to do, and if you’re looking for a summer that’s anything but boring, being a rep is an experience you won’t forget!”

Is it worth it?

Both of us would say the same — absolutely. Working abroad pushes you out of your comfort zone, but it’s the best thing you can do for yourself. You learn, you grow, and you have the most fun along the way.

Neidin: “Being able to build my confidence, step out of my comfort zone, and make the best friendships ever was an experience I’ll never forget.”

Yasmin: “You really get to make the most incredible memories ever with the best people around you.”

Would I do it again?

Without question. Magaluf has this energy that keeps you coming back for more. Once you’ve done a summer there, no other kind of job compares.

Neidin: “I can never ever put into words how amazing this summer was and how much I loved Magaluf!”
And honestly — same from Yasmin. If you’re even half-considering doing a summer abroad, this is your sign to do it.
