Ibiza is so beloved by clubbers from all over the world for good reason- the sheer amount of effort put into every aspect of the island, from the hotels to the events is second to none. Loads to Do

Something that many people will tell you is that an Ibiza party is not just a party- it’s an experience in itself! But what does this mean? Well, when you go to one of Ibiza’s many gigantic multifloor megaclubs or extravagant beach parties, you’re not just going to get the classic, run-of-the-mill event with shots, a local DJ and maybe some dancers if you’re lucky. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but the events in Ibiza are seriously on a whole other level. The hottest DJs are constantly flying out to perform in Ibiza’s clubs and the effort and planning that goes into some of these nights is immense, with fire breathers, gymnasts and performance artists all being standard fare for the bigger clubs! When you go on a night out in Ibiza you’re coming home with memories that will last a lifetime, guaranteed.

The massive range of things to do is another thing that draws people to this Mediterranean paradise- whether it’s your first time or your fifteenth, there’s always something new to discover and new memories to be made. You could be fooled into thinking that moving from bar to bar to club is the only thing to do in Ibiza, and although that’s an option, it’s definitely not the case! If you’re looking to break your holiday up a bit and not have all the cocktails and bright lights blend into one big blur then there are so many amazing ways to spend your days. For the thrill-seekers there are activities like bungee jumping, hang-gliding and jet ski tours for that boost of adrenaline, and then for those of us who value our safety, there’s the old town filled with ancient tight alleyways and homemade crafts, and some amazing nature spots which we’ll cover later.

Hotels

Another thing that Ibiza boasts that you might find it difficult to get elsewhere in the Mediterranean is the variety of hotels on order for every budget from the influencer-level beach babe pads to the basic-but-clean spots that are perfect to base your adventures out of if you’re looking to save your dough for the club. Many of the more upscale hotels including Ushuaia and Ibiza Rocks play host to their very own events-Ushuaia even doubles as a full-on open beach club and is known as one of the top nights out you’ll find, with some of the world’s top international DJs frequently flying out to play at this elite venue.

The hotel you’re staying in could be in one of two main resorts on the island- Playa d’en Bossa in the east or San Antonio in the west, with most of the more luxurious hotels being in Playa. The more budget hotels are mostly in San Antonio but the majority of them still offer all the amenities you’d expect and the resort is actually quite a bit bigger so you’ll have absolutely no issue finding stuff to do and it’s not like you’re stuck far away from all the action.

Sights to See

As mentioned before, Ibiza is home to some of the most beautiful sightseeing spots you’ll find anywhere in the Mediterranean. Some of our favourites include Es Vedra, the mysterious rocky island jutting from the Mediterranean coast which is an amazing view to get in touch with your spiritual side, and the Can Marçá caves, formerly used by smugglers and pirates in times gone by. If you don’t want to stray too far from civilisation then Ibiza’s old town is packed tightly with beautiful cobbled streets and will make you feel like you’ve travelled back in time. You’ll hear stories about beautiful Mediterranean islands all the time but this time Ibiza is really worth the hype!
