Ayia Napa Ultimate Events Package

Events have not yet been announced for Summer 2027, however you get all of the events we announce in the Ultimate Events Package included.. keep an eye on our socials!

14 days or more before travel

A deposit of £30 per person can be paid at the time of booking if you are travelling in 14 days or more. The remaining balance will then be due in line with your selected payment plan.

Less than 14 days before travel

If you are travelling in less than 14 days, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.

You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website and will need to download the Party Hard App so you can view your order and complete your missing details.

Please ensure all additional guests have joined the booking, and your booking is showing as ‘Ready to Travel’ to avoid any delays when collecting your wristbands. This can be done either through your Account Area or by downloading the Party Hard Travel App!

You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

Your full schedule of events will be on the Party Hard App on the day of your arrival – any problems can be discussed with your rep when you attend the wristband collection!

The day before you arrive in Ayia Napa, your rep will text you with all the information you need including the wristband collection point and the time to meet. This one wristband will grant you entry into all of the events in the Ayia Napa Ultimate Events Package.

If you arrive after the allocated wristband collection time, don’t worry! Please check your schedule in the Party Hard App where you will find all events that have been allocated to you.

If you have an event that day, you will be added to the guest list and can meet your reps on the door of the event to be checked in. You will then attend the wristband collection the next day.

If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Ultimate Events Package is cancelled then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.

If you lose your wristband, contact any of your friendly reps immediately and they will help you out.

No. The Ayia Napa Ultimate Events Package runs across selected dates, but the included boat parties, pool parties and club nights take place on particular days of the week. Your exact schedule therefore depends on your arrival date and the events running during your stay.

Your Fantasy Boat Party and Vice Rooftop Party days may be assigned before you travel or confirmed by your rep at the welcome meeting. Use the Ayia Napa events calendar to check the events running around your travel dates.

Your final event schedule, meeting point and wristband collection details will be available through the Party Hard Travel app. Speak to the rep team if an event is missing or you need help with an allocated date after arrival.
