Less than 14 days before travel

If you are travelling in less than 14 days, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.

You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website and Party Hard App so you can view your order and make any changes if necessary.

Please ensure all additional guests have joined the booking, and your booking is showing as ‘Ready to Travel’ to avoid any delays when collecting your wristbands. This can be done either through your Account Area or by downloading the Party Hard Travel App!

You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

Please email info@partyhardtravel.com if you are having any issues with this!

Your full schedule of events will be on the Party Hard App on the day of your arrival!

The day before you arrive in Tenerife, your rep will text you with all the information you need including the wristband collection point and the time to meet. This one wristband will grant you entry into all of the events in the Tenerife Ultimate Events Package.

If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Ultimate Events Package is cancelled then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.

No doubt about it — the Tenerife Ultimate Events Package is the smartest move you’ll make this summer. Why spend over £275 booking events one by one in resort when you can grab the whole lot with more than 60% off?

We’re talking the biggest events of the week – all locked in. Plus, you get a discount wristband for those cheeky pre-drinks, a rep team on hand all week, and your Summer 27 tee to look the part.

It’s stress-free, way cheaper, and lets you hit every major event without missing a beat. If you’re coming to Tenerife to go big, this is how you do it right.
