Ibiza Ultimate Events Package

With the Ultimate Events Package, you are granted access to each of the events listed in the package without having to pay any fees on the door. Make sure to show up to each event with your ID and you will be able to enter.

14 days or more before travel

A deposit of £30 per person can be paid at the time of booking if you are travelling in 14 days or more. The remaining balance will then be due in line with your selected payment plan.

Less than 14 days before travel

If you are travelling in less than 14 days, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.

You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website and Party Hard App so you can view your order and make any changes if necessary.

Please ensure all additional guests have joined the booking, and your booking is showing as ‘Ready to Travel’ to avoid any delays when collecting your wristbands. This can be done either through your Account Area or by downloading the Party Hard Travel App!

You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

Please email info@partyhardtravel.com if you are having any issues with this!

Your full schedule of events will be on the Party Hard App on the day of your arrival – any problems can be discussed with your rep!

The day before you arrive in Ibiza your rep will text you with all the information you need including the collection point and the time to meet. This one wristband will grant you entry into all of the events in the Ibiza Ultimate Events Package.

If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Ultimate Events Package is cancelled then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.

No. The Ibiza Ultimate Events Package runs between May and September, but the individual boat parties, pool parties and club nights take place on selected days of the week. The exact package options therefore depend on when you arrive and how long you are staying.

Events such as Pukka Up Boat Party Ibiza, the O Beach events and the selected Amnesia, Hï Ibiza or Ushuaïa nights may run on different dates. Some club nights also have shorter seasonal runs than others, so not every option will be available during every week.

Before booking, use the Ibiza events calendar to see what is running during your stay. You can also check the individual event pages for more information about each party and venue.

Your final allocated schedule, including event dates, meeting information and wristband collection details, will be available through the Party Hard Travel app. The in-resort rep team can also help if you have any questions about your schedule after arrival.
