How Does Booking with Party Hard Travel Work in 2026?

Step 1 : Booking Online
* Head over to our Ultimate Events package page
* Click on the destination you guys are after
* Pop in the dates you are arriving (if you arrive later on in the night pick either the day you land or the day after… it doesn’t matter)
* Select the number of packages you want (if you’re in a group it doesn’t matter if you book altogether or separately. Once you’re in resort the reps will make sure you’re all in the same events on the same day)
* If you’re in a group of 8+ message or reps here for a group booking discount
* Then pop your bank details in and choose which payment plan you’d like:
* 1 : Pay the total amount of now
* 2 : Secure your package with a £30 deposit and pay off the rest in your own time (AS LONG AS THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS PAID 2 WEEKS PRIOR DEPARTURE!)

Step 2 : Confirmation
* Once your payment has been accepted you’ll receive a confirmation email giving you your booking info (Name of guests, reference number, etc.)
* Will also give you info on what happens next!
* LET YOUR COUNTDOWN BEGIN!

Step 3 : I’ve got a text!
* You’ll receive a text from one of our reps from your destination approx 24 hours before you arrive
* They’ll let you know where and when to meet for you to pick up your wristbands and receive your welcome meeting
* You’ll also receive a daily text reminding you what’s on where and when

Step 4 : ENJOY!
* The easiest step of them all… Enjoying your holiday!
* You’ll have rep teams in the destination if you need anything as well as UK office support if needed!
