We’re all about giving young people the best week of their lives! Inspired by our founders’ chaotic ‘inbetweeners’ holiday in Ayia Napa, we’re here to make sure you never have to experience that. What are we looking for?
At Party Hard, we believe the secret to an unforgettable summer isn’t just great events — it’s the people who make them happen. Every destination team is built like a perfect night out: a mix of energy, calm, creativity, logic, fun, and focus. We don’t want twenty identical “big personalities.” We want the right blend of personalities who bounce off each other, bring out each other’s best, and make every guest’s experience one they’ll never forget.

Your Main Responsibilities as a Rep
Being a Party Hard Rep means keeping the energy high, the guests happy, and the vibes unforgettable.
Here’s what you’ll be doing day to day 👇

💬 Customer Service: Deliver 5-star service with a smile — stay positive, helpful, and ready to go above and beyond.

🛟 Customer Safety: Keep the fun safe — know your venues, look out for guests, and act fast when needed.

📱 Social Media: Capture and share the best moments, get involved in our social channels, and help build our presence online.

🎉 Event Management: Set up, host, and run events that flow smoothly and keep the energy alive.

📣 Guest Comms: Run wristband collections, answer questions in person and through our online chat services, and promote events with confidence.

🤝 Supplier Relations: Work closely with venues and local partners to make every night run perfectly.

Experience Required/Desired
Essential:
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- GCSE Maths and English
- 3 A-levels or BTEC equivalent
Desired:
- Currently studying for a university degree or equivalent
- Digital marketing experience
- Overseas work experience
- Background in events or hospitality
- First aid trained

Rep FAQs
This dependant on destination but our earliest destinations open at the start of may and the latest we close a destination is the end of September.
Contract lengths vary depending on the business needs but start from a minimum of 6 weeks.
Apply using the sign up form on our website – you will then hear from us via WhatsApp with the first stage.
Yes, accommodation in your resort is provided by us, and flights are reimbursed on the basis that your full contract is completed.
Yes — you’ll receive a set salary paid twice per month, plus access to our bonus scheme designed to reward hard work and celebrate your successes.
Applications are open now and will close in January. The process includes three online stages, followed by an in-person final stage held in February.
Not exactly. We’ll ask you to list your top three preferred destinations, but ultimately we’ll place you where we believe you’re best suited — and with the team that fits you best. Remember, we’re the resort experts… trust us!
If your contract length requires a visa, this is something we will discuss with you later in the process.
