14 days or more before travel

A deposit of £30 per person can be paid at the time of booking if you are travelling in 14 days or more. The remaining balance will then be due in line with your selected payment plan.

Less than 14 days before travel

If you are travelling in less than 14 days, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.

You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website and will need to download the Party Hard App so you can view your order and complete your missing details.

Please ensure all additional guests have joined the booking, and your booking is showing as ‘Ready to Travel’ to avoid any delays when collecting your wristbands. This can be done either through your Account Area or by downloading the Party Hard Travel App!

You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

Before you arrive in Barcelona, your rep will text you with all the information you need via WhatsApp, but for Barcelona you will not need to collect a wristband as everything works via a guestlist, so make sure to bring ID with you!

With the Ultimate Events Package, you are granted access to each of the events listed in the package without having to pay any fees on the door. Make sure to show up to each event with your ID and you will be able to enter.

If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Ultimate Events Package is cancelled then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.

Yes, most of the clubs have the following dress codes:

People in Barcelona go out much later than in many other European cities, and the nightlife is vibrant and diverse. Evenings usually start with dinner or tapas around 9 or 10 PM, followed by drinks at bars from about 11 PM onwards. La Mercè which is Barcelona’s patron saint festival happens in September and is absolutely massive, if we were trying to create a picture for you to imagine in your head then think free concerts, fireworks, street parties, and open-air events across the city.
Sant Joan in June is basically a city-wide beach party with fireworks all night, an experience we are sure you’ll want to add to your list.
Sant Jordi is more romantic and cultural imagine books and roses everywhere.
New Year’s in Barcelona is also huge, especially around Gran Via and Plaça Catalunya.

Definitely, here are some suggestions to add to your list: Sitges is perfect for beach vibes and cute streets for them Instagram pics, and Sabadell offers a more local Catalonia experience.
