You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

Please email info@partyhardtravel.com if you are having any issues with this!

Before you arrive in Barcelona, your rep will text you with all the information you need via WhatsApp, and make sure to bring ID with you as the clubs can be quite strict with this!

If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Ultimate Events Package is cancelled then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.
