In 2025, we tested a brand-new idea in Ayia Napa:
A Workers Events Pass designed to bring seasonal workers together from the moment they arrive. Instead of navigating everything alone or paying inflated prices to agencies that overpromise and underdeliver, we created something different – a fair, fun, community-driven experience.
And it worked.
The Story Behind the Party Hard Workers Community
At Party Hard Travel, everything we do comes back to one mission: giving young people the best week of their lives. Our concept with the Party Hard Workers Events Pass is to give young people the best Summer of their lives like our Party Hard rep team by becoming part of the Party Hard workers community! We’ve always believed that working a season abroad should feel exciting, supportive, and unforgettable… not confusing, overwhelming, or overpriced.
Workers who joined us became a real community. They partied together, worked together, supported each other, and built friendships that lasted the entire season (and beyond). Our reps became part of that community too! Guiding, helping, and bringing everyone together.
Now, after seeing how powerful that trial was, we’re expanding the concept across eight destinations for Summer 2026, with better support, bigger events, more discounts, and a stronger sense of community than ever.

We wanted to make this year’s Workers Events Pass extra special, so we’ve gathered everything into one exclusive package. To keep everyone part of a single, united Party Hard community, the pass will only be released on the first day of each month in June and July. One launch, one team, one unforgettable summer.

Workers Events Pass FAQ's
A £30 per person deposit can be made on booking, following your next payment of £30 at the end of Jan, with your remaining balance to be paid at the end of Feb.
You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website so you can view your order and make any changes if necessary.
The day before you arrive in resort, your rep will text you with all the information you need including the collection point and the time to meet. This one wristband will grant you entry into all of the events in the Ultimate Events package for your first week in resort, it will also work as a discount wristband for your food, drinks and accommodation. It will also be what gets you into the party hard events for the rest of your season and discounted entry to other events in resort.
No, this pass is to enhance your season working abroad, we can help put you in contact with people to find work but ultimately we are not a workers company, we are just providing you with the extra bits to help add to your season more like a workers agency.
No, we do not provide accommodation for you but with the workers events pass you will receive discounts on hotels and accommodation for you to stay in for your season and get direct links to our top recommended accommodation.
If you lose your wristband, contact any of the in resort reps immediately and they will help you out.
