Kavos Ultimate Events Package

Events have not yet been announced for Summer 2027, however you get all of the events we announce in the Ultimate Events Package included.. keep an eye on our socials!

14 days or more before travel

A deposit of £30 per person can be paid at the time of booking if you are travelling in 14 days or more. The remaining balance will then be due in line with your selected payment plan.

Less than 14 days before travel

If you are travelling in less than 14 days, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.

You’ll get a confirmation email detailing your order and what to expect next. You’ll also get login details to the website and Party Hard App so you can view your order and make any changes if necessary.

Please ensure all additional guests have joined the booking, and your booking is showing as ‘Ready to Travel’ to avoid any delays when collecting your wristbands. This can be done either through your Account Area or by downloading the Party Hard Travel App!

You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

Please email info@partyhardtravel.com if you are having any issues with this!

Your full schedule of events will be on the Party Hard App on the day of your arrival – any problems can be discussed with your rep!

The day before you arrive in Kavos, your rep will text you with all the information you need including the wristband collection point and the time to meet. This one wristband will grant you entry into all of the events in the Kavos Ultimate Events Package.

If any of the events you are due to attend as part of the Ultimate Events Package is cancelled then alternative arrangements will be made to compensate you. Your reps will be on hand to help you out further if this occurs.

The Kavos Ultimate Events Package is the fuller option, giving you access to the event line-up listed on this page, along with seven drink tokens, a discount wristband, welcome pack and support from the Party Hard Travel rep team.

The Kavos Essentials Events Package is designed for customers who want a smaller selection of events rather than the full Ultimate line-up. The choices available depend on your travel dates and remaining capacity.

Use the Kavos events calendar to check what is running during your stay. You can also view Kavos events and single tickets if you want to compare individual events before booking.
