About Newquay Beach Club
Newquay Beach Club is an adults-only beach club hotel right on Kavos Beach, a couple of minutes from the Strip. It was the most popular hotel with Party Hard guests in Kavos in 2026, and it’s the official Party Hard wristband collection meeting point.
The main building and beach club are on the sand, with annex rooms a 3-5 minute walk away. Rooms have air con, a private bathroom and a mini fridge, and the self-catering rooms have basic kitchen facilities. There are two splash pools, a 24-hour beach club bar, and a restaurant serving breakfast and food through the day. There are live DJs and events on site.
It’s a lively spot, so expect loud music and late nights. A refundable security deposit is payable in cash on arrival.
