Our reps will get in touch with you before you arrive to check in the details but they will meet you at Pambos Pool at Pambos Napa rocks hotel. They will be there every day between 12-2 PM for welcome meetings for you to collect your wristbands & get all the info you need to know for the week!
If you miss your welcome meeting due to your arrival time and have an event on that day, there is no need to worry. Our rep team will contact you in advance and arrange a guestlist for the event or they may ask for your booking confirmation for your entry, then you can attend your welcome meeting the following day. Your rep will message you the day before with all the information you need!
When it comes to your outfit, think Ibiza pool party vibes. This event is certainly instagrammable so put on your favourite swimwear and cover-up!
You don’t need to bring too much; we recommend only the essentials such as towels, sunglasses and sun cream.
