About Anthea Hotel Apartments
Anthea Hotel Apartments is right in the centre of Ayia Napa on Nissi Avenue, a few minutes’ walk from The Strip, bars and restaurants. It was the second most popular hotel with Party Hard guests in Ayia Napa in 2026.
There are around 260 studios and one and two-bedroom apartments, all with air con, a kitchenette and a balcony or patio. Outside there’s an outdoor pool with sunbeds and a pool bar, and on site you’ve also got a few bars, a café and a 24-hour front desk.
The hotel is only open for the summer season, and some facilities cost extra, so check with the hotel before you travel.

Anthea is on Nissi Avenue in the centre of Ayia Napa. The Strip and the Party Hard meeting point are around a 3 minute walk, and the beach is around 10 minutes on foot. Nissi Beach is a short taxi or bus ride away.
