Our in-resort rep team in Albufeira are there 24/7 to make sure you have the best week of your lives. There will be at least one Party Hard rep at every event to ensure your safety and help with anything you need. They are the experts in your destination who can offer you the top tips, tricks and advice while on your party holiday.

Your Reps Main Responsibilities
Wristband Collection
There will be at least one rep at your wristband collection point between your destinations allocated time slot everyday. The main reason you have to meet your reps at your wristband collection is so you are given your wristband which will grant you access to each event during your week away with us and so you can use it in selected bars and restaurants for discount. They will then also answer any questions you have on your event schedule and help with special requests the best they can and lastly give you your Summer 2026 Party Hard Travel Welcome Pack.

Your Wristband Collection Location
Events
Your rep team are on hand at events to make sure you are checked in at the entrance, to answer any questions you have while you are there and to ensure you are having fun while also staying safe. You will always be able to find one of your reps at the events which is why you don’t need to worry if you arrived after your wristband collection as they can check you off the guest list until you collect your wristband at the next allocated time.
Social Media
At each event there will be one allocated rep who will be in charge of getting content for our social channels including TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat. This is where they’d love for you to get involved whether you join in the interviews, have your picture taken or are just partying away. But don’t worry they want to make sure you are getting content for your socials too so don’t be shy to ask them to get a group photo or one of the guests’ favourites, you jumping into the sea on your boat party!
Get Involved
The rep team is also there to have fun with you and to get to know you and your group! They are just human and like to have a drink and party just like you so don’t be surprised if they show you their best party tricks and games. Our Party Hard reps will always be there in the background for anything you need.
