We pride ourselves on creating trust between us and our customers. We want to create a stress-free experience not just for our Party Harders, but also for the parents at home. If you’ve never booked with us before, we’re here to answer any questions you may have, whether it’s about safety, data protection, or simply how it works!

Our aim is to revolutionise the clubbing holiday experience. We want everyone to experience the best events in Europe without being ripped off (obviously). With us, you can book flights, choose from a range of hotels and even book events.

Our Rep Team travels out to all of our destinations every summer to offer support and help, making sure everyone has the best experience possible. Whether it’s health and safety support, answering any queries or simply finding out where each event is – we’ve got you covered.

Our reps are not paid on a commission basis so they will not try to push customers for any extra sales. They are there for service and receive bonuses for 5* reviews so that they can strive for an excellent customer service reputation across the board

We aim to offer everyone as much support as we can, so we also have a 24-hour emergency line throughout the summer if anyone needs help/assistance and the reps aren’t available.

We also work closely with the British Consulates in all destinations. They are available in working hours for any issues and have 24/7 emergency numbers to contact

Health and safety is a priority and we take it very seriously at Party Hard. We want to give all parents at home peace of mind that we are qualified to ensure the safety of all our customers. All reps receive basic training on health and safety reporting and all of our management and team leaders receive a full course in Crisis Management training. All venues that we work with for our events have had a manual risk assessment via our team and maintained throughout the season. Holidays are meant to be fun and safe and we aim to keep it that way

There are no hidden fees! In creating the best possible customer experience, we never want to catch anyone out with extra payments.

All the costs are clearly labelled for hotels, flights and events so you know exactly what you’ll be paying. There is a small tourist tax in all destinations per night in hotels (normally no more than 10 Euros per person for a week). Feel free to contact us if you need any more information about this.

In most ‘party’ hotels, deposits are expected to be paid but if there are no damages to the room, the full deposit will be returned. The amount of this is dependent on the hotel and destination but it is rarely about 50 Euros per person. You can enquire with us if you want to find out the exact amount
