How do I collect my ticket?

Your rep will message you the day before you travel on WhatApp with all the info on collecting your wristband and they will go over the locations/timings on arrival.

Where do I meet my rep?

You can meet your rep at Bora Bora hotel between 12-2pm daily to collect your wristband.
