Rude night staff

Overall, hotel is average. Clean, good location, good pool. However, the night time staff would have ruined our whole stay if we hadn’t had met the nicest people within the hotel who made our whole holiday.

It suits youngsters and the party crowd Overall. While we were checking in a girl came down distraught because 650 euros were missing from her room. In my opinion this wasn't handled correctly as reception had no empathy ... what so ever and more concerned not to be accused of theft for other guests to hear. Naturally we made sure we had and paid for the safe. So I would probably avoid leaving cash in the room because this wasn't a one off.

Lovely hotel

Just returned from a great stay at this lovely hotel great location. Staff so friendly and helpful needed an iron for a wedding outfit man on reception sorry didn't get his name when out of his way to get me an iron. Bre ... akfast was lovely great variety. Would recommend this hotel. Only negative is the late opening of swimming pool.

Very respectful and kind made stay lovely easy to speak to - fluent solves any problem you have! amazing stay because of this receptionist had problem with bedroom and he resolved everything perfectly
