How do I log into my account?

Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the website and enter your booking reference number and lead passenger surname exactly as they appear on your confirmation email.

Why can’t I login to my account?

Enter your details exactly as shown on your confirmation email. If you entered your surname without a capital letter when ordering, then enter your surname without a capital letter. If you still can’t login, drop us an email at [email protected]

How do I pay the remaining balance of my order?

You need to login to your account by clicking the user icon in the top right hand corner of the website. Once logged in, you’ll be able to pay off the remaining balance on your order.

For bookings excluding flights, you will pay the deposit upon booking and the rest of the amount is payable at any time up until 4 weeks of your departure. You can pay in your own time by logging into your account.

For bookings including flights, our payment plan is slightly different. You will pay a £99 deposit upon booking, then £99 for the following two months. For example, £99 deposit, after one month from booking another £99, two months from booking another £99. Then the rest is payable as and when you would like up until 4 weeks before departure for your holiday.

What does Room Only (RO), Self Catering (SC), Half Board (HB), Full Board (FB) and All Inclusive (AI) mean?

Room Only (RO)
A room without cooking facilities and often without a fridge.

Self Catering (SC)
A room with cooking facilities including a fridge.

Half Board (HB)
Breakfast and dinner included with your stay.

Full Board (FB)
Breakfast, lunch and dinner included with your stay.

All Inclusive (AI)
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and alcoholic drinks included with your stay.

Can I book just events instead of flights and hotel?

Yes, even if you’ve booked your flights and hotel through another provider you can still book single events and event packages through us. But, if you do book your flights and hotel through us, you’ll get the Essentials Events Package worth up to £100 included completely free. You’ll also have the option to upgrade to a bigger events package like The Ultimate or Ultimate XTRA at a heavily discounted price.

How do I collect my events package?

You wont get tickets, but instead just one wristband that will grant you entry into all of the events in your package. These wristbands are collected in resort from our reps. Check the destination pages to find your collection point.

All the information for this will be sent to you in advance of your holiday. You can also check the destination pages to find your collection point. Please note, for early bookings this is updated every year and released in January of the year you are going on holiday.

Can I get into the events more than once?

No, the package is valid for entry once. However, if you’re on holiday for 2 weeks, you can spread entry across the 2 weeks.

What if I don’t make the collection point in time?

You will receive a message from your rep the day before you arrive explaining meeting times and what to if you miss it so don’t panic. If you are going to miss it due to late flights, your name will be on the guest-list for any events happening on the night you arrive so you don’t miss out!

How old do you have to be to book through Party Hard Travel?

It depends on the destination:

If you are travelling to Ayia Napa, Ibiza or Magaluf:
– Everyone in the booking must be at least 18 years of age before departure.

If you are travelling to Kavos, Malia or Zante:
– The lead passenger must be at least 18 years of age before departure. Everyone else can be 17 years of age providing Parental Consent forms are completed and sent to us prior to departure.

Is Party Hard Travel legit?

How do I make a change to my booking?

Please bare in mind there can be an admin cost for changes, plus potentially additional charges through flight companies.

Can I book transfers through Party Hard Travel?

Yes. As you are booking, the option to add on transfers will be available. You’ll also be able to add-on transfers at a later date by logging into your account.
