What payment and deposit plans are there?

ULTIMATE/ESSENTIAL EVENTS PACKAGE:
A £30 per person deposit is required to make the booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event package start date.

If you’ve used our PAY IN 3 option you will be notified by either text or email that your balance is due and how to pay off your instalments.

If you have PAID IN FULL you can sit back and relax and wait to hear updates from us on where to collect your wristbands and what your event schedule will look like.

SINGLE TICKETS:
You have to pay the full amount to secure your single event ticket/s…you will then be contacted by your in-resort rep team with any relevant information you need.

Which party destination should I go to?

No matter which party location you choose we’re sure you won’t be disappointed, at each destination there will be plenty of unmissable live events, DJs, boat and pool parties to keep you entertained.

Generally we would recommend the Greek resorts: Kavos, Zante and Malia or Malta for our first time or younger Party Harders. These resorts tend to be a little cheaper and are a really manageable size for your first holiday. These are the perfect first step into the world of party holidays.

For more experienced or mature Party Harders we’d suggest Ayia Napa, Magaluf or Ibiza. These resorts can be more expensive, especially Ibiza, and are bigger than some of the Greek destinations and tend to attract a slighter older crowd.

What’s in the Ultimate Event Package?

What’s included in the Ultimate Event Package will vary by resort so take a look at the Ultimate Events Package page for each location to find out which specific events will be included at your chosen destination. The Events Package will always include a mix of a boat party, pool parties, club nights and themed events – but always expect a combination of the BIGGEST and BEST events on offer in the resort that season. Each Ultimate Events Package will also include a DISCOUNT WRISTBAND for use at certain food and drink venues while you’re in the resort to get you EXCLUSIVE DEALS and help SAVE you some ££. Buying the Ultimate Events Package also gives you access to our excellent team of IN-RESORT REPS who are there to help you out and ensure your holiday goes as smoothly as possible. The in-resort value of the Ultimate Events Package will always exceed £200 so you’re making a massive saving.

How do I pay?

We will never automatically take money from your account. To make a payment you will have to log on to the ‘My Account’ section of the website, you will need your booking reference number and the surname of the lead passenger to access your account. From here you can make a payment of any value towards your remaining balance. It’s up to you to make sure the whole balance is cleared in advance of travel.

What happens after I pay?

You will be contacted by your in resort reps before your arrival with a welcome meeting point and time where you will meet your reps and get a run down of your exciting week ahead, they will then be able to answer any questions you have and give you your wristband for your entry into events.

If you arrive into your resort after this time and miss your welcome meeting they will arrange for you to be put on the guestlist for any events that are running that day/ night and be on the door to ensure your entry. You will then be able to attend your welcome meeting the following day.

Your reps will then notify you daily on what events are on with the events location, time and to confirm your attendance. They will then be at every event to ensure everything runs smoothly and to help with anything you may need.

How do I get into the events?

Your wristband is your entry into the event, you need to show this at the door to gain access. On top of this your reps will be on the door/ at the entrance to the event/ around the venue to welcome you and get you inside if you have any issues e.g. you haven’t had your welcome meeting yet so are on the guestlist instead of having your wristband.

How do I pay the remaining balance of my order?

Money is not automatically taken out of your bank account. You will need to login to your account to make payments towards the remaining balance of your order. You can find the account area by clicking the ‘my account’ option within our menu.

Why can’t I login to my account?

Enter your details exactly as shown on your confirmation email. Please make sure there are no spaces before or after your last name, or this will refresh the page. If you still can’t login, drop us an email at [email protected].

How do I log into my account?

Can I book just events instead of flights and hotel?

Yes, even if you’ve booked your flights and hotel through another provider you can still book single events and your event packages through us.

How do I collect my events package?

You wont get tickets, but instead just one wristband that will grant you entry into all of the events in your package. These wristbands are collected in resort from our reps. All the information for this will be sent to you in advance of your holiday.

Can I get into the events more than once?

If you’ve already been to one event – for example the booze cruise on a Thursday, then you can’t also attend the following booze cruise the week after. However, if you’re on holiday for 2 weeks, you can spread entry across the 2 weeks – in other words you don’t have to do all the events in the first week.

What happens if I miss my welcome meeting?

You will receive a message from your rep the day before you arrive explaining meeting times and what to do if you miss it so don’t panic. If you are going to miss it due to late flights, your name will be on the guest-list for any events happening on the night you arrive so you don’t miss out! Then you will have your meeting to collect your wristband the following day.

How old do you have to be to book through Party Hard Travel?

It depends on the destination:

If you are travelling to Ayia Napa, Ibiza, Magaluf, Malta and Sunny Beach:
The lead passenger must be at least 18 years of age when booking. Everyone else in the booking must be at least 18 years of age before departure.

If you are travelling to Kavos, Malia or Zante:
The lead passenger must be at least 18 years of age when booking. Everyone else can be 17 years of age at the time of departure providing Parental Consent forms are completed and sent to us prior to departure.

Is Party Hard Travel legit?

What are the payment plans?

We will ask you to pay a deposit to reserve your holiday/events package. After that you will be able log onto your online account at your discretion to pay the remaining balance, the full balance will need to be paid before you travel. We will never automatically take money from your account, we will send email reminders but it is your responsibility to make sure the balance is settled before you travel. 

For Full Package Holidays all funds must be paid 12 weeks prior to travel.

For Hotel and Events Bookings all funds must be paid 6 weeks prior to travel. 

For Just Events all funds must be paid 2 weeks prior to travel.

How do I pay the remaining balance of my order?

What does Room Only (RO), Self Catering (SC), Bed & Breakfast (BB), Half Board (HB), Full Board (FB) and All Inclusive (AI) mean?

Room Only (RO)
A room without cooking facilities and often without a fridge.

Self Catering (SC)
A room with cooking facilities including a fridge.

Bed and Breakfast (BB)
Breakfast included with your stay.

Half Board (HB)
Breakfast and dinner included with your stay.

Full Board (FB)
Breakfast, lunch and dinner included with your stay.

All Inclusive (AI)
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and some alcoholic drinks included with your stay (terms and conditions may apply to alcoholic beverages).

Can I book just events instead of flights and hotel?

Can I book transfers through Party Hard Travel?

Yes. Transfers are included in the price of all our full holiday packages.

Does the holidays come with bags?

Yes, our full holiday packages come with 22kg hold luggage and 10kg cabin luggage per person.

How Do I Check In to my Flight?

You will have the option to check-in online or at the airport. If you chose to check-in online we will request some details from you 2 weeks before your holiday.

Where Do I Get my Transfers From?

Our partners at Jet2 will have specific areas at each airport with coaches ready to transfer you to your hotel. This information will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your departure.
