Where can I go with Party Hard Travel?

We sell holidays and event packages to the biggest party resorts in Europe; Ayia Napa, Ibiza, Kavos, Magaluf, Malia, Sunny Beach and Zante!


Can I still go if I am 17?

If you are 17 years old you can go to some of our resorts and not others, this is because of the drinking laws in the countries that we work with, see below the places you can and cannot go:

Ibiza, Magaluf and Sunny Beach - This is a no-go unfortunately, in Spain and Bulgaria the local laws do not permit 17-year-olds into nightclubs. This means that any 17-year-old going to these places will not be able to book events or holidays with us, sorry!

Ayia Napa, Kavos, Malia and Zante - Yep you're fine! In Greece and Cyprus, the local laws allow 17-year-old onto the premises of nightclubs but do not allow them to purchase drinks. However, bar staff will not check ID's and you will get served, so you will be fine.

If you do book with us when going to the 4 destinations above, then we need your parent or guardian to fill in a parental consent form; please contact us to get a parental consent form.


Do I get any events included if I book my holiday with Party Hard Travel?

Yes, we are currently offering a FREE Ultimate Events Package (worth over £200) with every summer 18 holiday booking.


Can I just book the events package?

Yes! Even if you have bought your hotel with someone else you can still buy our Ultimate packages.


Why should I pre-book?

We have a set price that doesn’t change and because you have pre-booked you don’t need to spend time looking for the best package, instead you can stay in the sun knowing you have your events sorted for the week.


How do I collect my Events Package?

The information on how and where to collect your package will be sent to you around 1 week before you go. You will pick up your package from our reps once you arrive, most of our meeting point are in bars or shops on the strip but there are a few destinations that will be different so make sure you read the email thoroughly before you go.


I’m going to miss my meeting time, what do I do?

If you’re going to miss the time at the meeting point for collecting tickets because of a late flight or other delays then don’t panic, you can contact the rep directly (their contact details will be on an email sent to you before you go). If you are going to contact the rep, ensure that you include your name and booking reference so that they know who you are.

Who started the business?

The business was started by 2 students whose friends bought an overpriced package for Ayia Napa. They then decided that there had to be a better way to do all the best events on a clubbing holiday, so started up the business to help other people like them.

Yes, we have worked with MTV’s Geordie Shore, Love Island, InTheStyle (Sarah Ashcroft), GoGetGlitter, BeautyWorks, Unidays, Joel Corry, Boohoo, plus more.

When does the season start and finish?

Ayia Napa: 5th June – 7th September

Ibiza: 5th June – 26th September

Kavos: 5th June – 7th September

Magaluf: 5th May – 7th September

Malia: 5th June – 7th September

Sunny Beach: 5th June – 7th September

Zante: 5th June – 7th September

Is the event package included in all holiday bookings?

Yes! All holidays come with a free ultimate events package

Can I book just single events?

We do! But not for all the events on our package, check out our ‘Events 2018’ pages on each resort to find out more!

How do I purchase the add on events?

If you want to buy the add on events, our rep at your destination will let you know what is on offer and the prices so that you can choose what you want to do throughout your holiday.

What happens once I have booked an events package?

1) You will receive an email confirmation/e-ticket

2) 1 week before your holiday you will receive an email with all the details on where to pick up your package when you arrive in resort.

3) When you get to resort simply head to the meeting point, show your email confirmation and your I.D to collect your tickets for the week.

How do I cancel my booking?

All events packages are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 1 week in advance of your booking, we may be able to issue a refund, but this is dependent on individual bookings. Please note, the £20 deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

Can I pay a Deposit?

For holiday bookings it’s £99 and you can then pay the rest in full 12 weeks before you go on your holiday

I am having problems making the payment

If you have tried to put through a payment and it hasn't worked, this mainly happens if you try to use someone else's card e.g. Parents / friends. If you still need assistance, please contact us.

How can I pay the rest of my holiday/part of my payment?

When is the rest of my payment due?

If you are paying in full, 12 weeks before the date will be stated on your confirmation

When will I get my confirmation?

You will get your confirmation within 24 hours however some holiday bookings may take 48 hours to come through. If you still have not received your confirmation, try checking in any spam folders and if you still can find it you can send us an email or ask on Live Chat for a new email.

How do I make a change to my booking?

If you need to make a minor change for example an incorrect spelling or date of birth error, please message us on live chat or send us an email. If it is a major change, for example changing a person on the booking, adding a person or removing a person, please call us and give us the full details or send over the details in an email. However, please be aware, major changes will be subject to airline charges. Please take care whilst boking as we have no control over supplier alteration charges.

How do I cancel my booking?

Any refunds on cancelled holiday bookings will be dependent on individual bookings. All cancellations must be put in writing using the email address used at the time of booking and sent to

How do I add baggage or transfers to my booking?

If you want to do this, you can email us at and subject the email as ‘Baggage & Transfers’ and explaining what you would like to add onto your booking and we will help you through the process. There will need to be a payment for the extras, so be prepared to do so.

Does the airport transfer include the return journey?

Yes, all our transfers are returns and will take you to and from the resort where you are staying.

What does ATOL/TTA protected mean, and why do I need it?

ATOL protection protects you when you book a flight inclusive holiday. It ensures you don't lose the money you paid out or you don't get stranded abroad in case anything happens to us as a business TTA protection gives you a 100% financial guarantee on anything you book with us, so if anything was to happen to us or our suppliers, your money is 100% safe & secure. Having these helps give you a peace of mind that you & your money are 100% safe with us.

Passport/Visa Information
