I’ve booked my holiday through Party Hard Travel, when do I receive my hotel vouchers and flight check-in instructions?

You will receive hotel vouchers, flight details and events package info sheet on an email 2 weeks before your holiday.


I’ve put down a deposit on an events package, how and when do I pay the balance?

You will be sent a secured payment link where you can pay the balance online. The balance needs to be paid at least 2 weeks prior to your holiday. Alternatively you can email us to request an email link.


What is the job of your rep? We want to do our own thing and not get ripped off with extras!

We have 1 main contact in every resort where you collect your tickets from. They have 2 main jobs – to provide you with tickets for the week, and to answer any questions you may have. You already have the biggest and best events included in your package so you will not be hassled and ripped off in resort.


I’ve booked a holiday with Party Hard Travel, how much extra do I pay for the events package?

We have 2 packages in every resort, the Essentials Package which is FREE with every holiday or hotel booking. Plus we have the Ultimate Package which can be added on for an additional small cost.


I’m going on holiday for more than 1 week, how does the events package work?

We use the biggest weekly events in our package, if you are going for 2 weeks and want to really party hard you can buy 2 packages and do all of the events twice. Or you can spread the 1 week package over 2 weeks if you like – just let your rep know when you are collecting your tickets.


If I book an events package will this guarantee me entry to all of the sell-out events?

Yes, when you book with us we guarantee you entry to every event we have on our site. We have deals with all of the big event companies and have tickets throughout the summer.
